WASHINGTON — Jennifer Fiore, One Million Moms For Gun Control member, was just one of the hundreds of people who packed the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing room Wednesday, January 30, 2013.
The busy, working mom of three was hoping to be heard.
Fiorre helped form “One Million Moms for Gun Control” following the tragedy in Newtown, Conn. The group wants to make sure more grassroots citizens speak out on the issue – either through their organization or directly.
“They can do that by calling directly to their members of Congress,” Fiore said. “…email, tweet, send letters, fax – anything – on a routine basis.”
